This class puts a lot of responsibility on us and I appreciate the push he gives us.

He's a great instructor & I think it is one of the dumbest thing this music dep. has done yet to get rid of him. You are losing a student (me) because Jett is leaving.

Jett has great relations w/the students. I have enjoyed having him as a professor.

Mr. Hitt is wonderful & it is a shame that the department wasn't wise enough to keep him.

You are foolish if you don't keep him! He knows his stuff & everyone responds to him.

We're going to miss Jett & we wish he didn't have to go! This class has taught me a lot & has been a good way for me to learn responsibility & study habits as a student.

I have learned a great deal from Jett and I wish that ISU would offer him a job so that he may stay and educate us.

Jett is in my opinion an excellent teacher. I had a lot of fun in his class and learned very much.

Jett is a terrific theory instructor inside and outside the classroom. I wish that he was staying at ISU. He adds a lot to the Music Dept. in instruction and personality. His time has improved since last semester by way of starting and ending class on time.

If more profs. followed the example of Dr. Hitt this University would be both a better and more productive environment, educationally and socially speaking. Having studied material such as this under other people I feel comfortable saying that Dr. Hitt is more than effective as a teacher of Music Theory.

Jett is a very personable teacher. I think he is very good at making sure all of his students have a firm grip on the material.

Mr. Hitt is a very good teacher. I think he needs to be a little more strict in moving forward. There are a few students that have a hard time, and I think there is a little too much time spent on them. It's also hard because the class is a little large for him to work well with everyone.

The class size has become a large distraction. I feel that grading should be a little more stringent, so that those who are ready for more information can receive it.
