This recording is available only in the form of an MP3. It was made when Jett Hitt traveled to Bratislava to record Yellowstone for Violin and Orchestra. The performance is a reading of the work by the Slovak Radio Symphony that was done at the end of the recording sessions.
There is an interesting story surrounding the origin of this piece. One week during Colin's composition lesson, Jett jokingly told Colin that he would pay him $100.00 if he would write a symphony by the end of the semester. To Jett's astonishment, Colin came in with this movement the next week. Enjoy! It's a magical ride.
